Good for YOU: Each of our Green Chili Southwest Hemp Burgers is packed with 19 grams of complete protein. Hemp is rich dietary fiber, B vitamins, magnesium, iron and essential fatty acids. No GMOs. Ever.
Good for the PLANET: Hemp regenerates soil, requires less water to grow and is a natural repellent to harmful elements, meaning it does not require any pesticides.
Easy to Prepare:
Pan Fry: Heat 1-2 tsp. of your favorite oil in a pan over low to medium heat and slowly cook for 3-4 minutes flipping frequently until golden brown.
Grill: Lightly rub patty with oil, place on grill for 3-4 minutes, then flip & repeat.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425° F, place lightly oiled patty on a baking sheet, and cook for approximately 5 min. on each side or until golden brown.
For best results, thaw in the refrigerator for up to 24 hrs. *If you’re preparing from frozen, then simply add a few extra minutes to your cook time.
For Burgers and Breakfast Sausage Patties
Pan Fry: Heat 1-2 tsp. of your favorite oil in a pan over low to medium heat and slowly cook for 3-4 minutes flipping frequently until golden brown.
Grill: Lightly rub patty with oil, place on grill for 3-4 minutes, then flip & repeat.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425° F, place lightly oiled patty on a baking sheet, and cook for approximately 5 min. on each side or until golden brown.
For Crumble
Pan Fry: Heat 1 tbsp. of your favorite oil in a pan over medium heat, add crumble to pan, and slowly cook for 3-4 minutes breaking up crumbles and stirring frequently as you cook.
For Taquios
Air Fryer (400F): Lightly oil the basket, then set down a layer or two of these delicious flavor bombs to cook. Thawed, fry for 4-5 min. Frozen fry for 6-7 min.
Commercial Fryer (350F): Stuff the basket with great anticipation, then plunge it (and your taquitos) gently in to the oil. Thawed, fry for 2-3 min. Frozen, fry for 4-5.
Conventional Oven (350F): Lay the taquitos out on a baking pan, making sure to give each a little personal space before you slide them in to the oven. Thawed, bake for 8-10 min. Frozen, bake for 12-14 min.
Convectional Oven (350F): Just like a conventional oven, but with better air circulation. Thawed, bake for 4-6 min. Frozen, bake for 7-9 min.
